Assistant Cook

What you'll do

• Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation
• wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients
• follow recipes and kitchen instructions
• help prepare Ukrainian and European dishes, sauces, salads, and side dishes
• maintain clean and organized preparation areas
• stock and organize supplies
• label, store, and rotate food
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with dishwashing and opening and closing duties as assigned.
