What you'll do
- Monitor and check on assigned residents
- observe, report, and document changes in condition
- respond to resident call bells and security systems
- notify supervisors of increased care needs
- assist with continence management, meals, hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and eating
- maintain room and work-area cleanliness
- support life-enrichment activities
- greet residents, families, guests, and team members
- complete assigned laundry.
