Sign Designer / Project Manager

What you'll do

• Design tenant storefront, pylon, ground, wayfinding, project signs, and banners
• develop signage plans from site plans and architectural drawings
• create building elevations and tenant mockups
• produce scalable, print-ready files using CorelDRAW or Adobe tools
• establish property signage criteria and maintain municipal code compliance
• review tenant submittals
• prepare variance and approval packages
• coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, zoning departments, and vendors
• obtain bids
• support fabrication and installation scheduling
• maintain project records and tracking systems
• respond to signage service calls.
