Enrollment Specialist — Healthcare

What you'll do

• Take ownership of prospects handed off by Enrollment Advisors
• guide qualified participants and families through enrollment
• explain services, eligibility, and expectations
• conduct tours and Day-in-the-Life visits
• coordinate with benefits specialists, assessors, and the interdisciplinary team
• manage timelines and resolve barriers
• travel to meet prospects
• collect enrollment documents and medical records
• conduct enrollment conferences and finalize agreements and care plans
• support Medicaid eligibility navigation
• maintain CRM and EMR records
• support participants during their first three months
• participate in outreach and professional development.
