Building Maintenance Technician

The Building Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA, with stated pay of $24–$28 per hour. The technician performs general building repairs and routine maintenance across facility systems. By identifying and addressing maintenance needs and escalating work requiring outside expertise, the role helps maintain safe, functional buildings for tenants and visitors.

What you'll do

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• use basic carpentry and painting skills on walls, floors, and doors
• evaluate, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and electrical fixtures
• maintain building systems
• perform minimal HVAC maintenance such as replacing filters and lightly cleaning drain lines
• communicate work requiring outside expertise
• follow company safety procedures.
