What you'll do

• Complete assigned work orders and resident service requests under senior staff supervision
• document work and report delays or additional repair needs
• perform routine building and grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, and leaf removal
• maintain clean, orderly, safe properties
• assist with workspace, tool, and equipment upkeep
• work with senior maintenance staff on repairs and property improvements
• follow safety procedures
• participate in the scheduled on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance calls
• assist with snow and ice removal when required.
