Job overview

The Ticket & Product Sales Agent role is onsite in Beaver Creek, CO, with a starting wage of $20 per hour. Vail Resorts’ Product Sales & Services department supports the resort guest experience by selling activities, tickets, passes, lessons, and childcare. The agent explains and processes resort products and services, communicates with guests, and completes register audits. The role helps guests access resort activities and services while providing a helpful, efficient sales experience.

What you'll do

• Work in contact centers, ski-school locations, ticket and pass offices, and throughout the resort
• communicate with guests by phone and email
• explain and process resort products and services accurately
• complete daily end-of-shift point-of-sale/register audits
• support guest experience across assigned resort functions.
