Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents and guests
• assist with training and supervising the onsite team
• conduct property tours and show vacant units
• complete lease applications and assist with verification
• maintain resident records and manage rent collections and deposits
• support renewals and lease documentation
• inspect models, vacant apartments, grounds, and move-ins and move-outs
• develop promotional programs and resident events
• maintain office coverage on weekends and holidays
• ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
