What you'll do

• Operate CNC milling machines
• load and unload parts and monitor machine performance
• interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• verify tolerances
• make tool-wear offsets and minor adjustments
• replace tooling and monitor tool life
• report machine, tooling, or quality issues
• complete production and inspection records
• follow safety and quality procedures and maintain an organized work area.
