Culinary Service Associate – Shields Athletic Dining Facility

The Culinary Service Associate role is onsite in Notre Dame, IN, with pay of $17.50 per hour. The associate supports food production and service by maintaining serving areas, assisting with basic food preparation, replenishing food, operating basic kitchen equipment, cleaning and sanitizing, washing dishes, and helping manage food and supply inventory.

• Maintain serving lines, food displays, and condiment stations
• assist with basic food preparation
• replenish food and alert cooks to low stock
• operate basic kitchen equipment safely
• clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
• assist with dishwashing
• help receive, rotate, and store food and supplies.
