• Own full-cycle recruiting or key portions of searches across B2B functions
• build pipelines for sales, partnerships, customer success, and B2B marketing roles
• lead intake and profile calibration
• share talent-market insights
• improve assessments and screening resources
• source and engage candidates
• support talent branding
• facilitate structured interviews and debriefs
• track pipeline health and funnel conversion.
