What you'll do

• Operate forklifts and authorized material-handling equipment
• move materials and record inventory transactions
• verify inventory accuracy
• supply production areas and return excess materials
• move finished goods to staging or shipping
• load and unload trucks
• assist with shipping documentation
• move scrap and waste according to procedures
• inspect and maintain equipment
• report unsafe equipment
• maintain operational records
• follow safety and environmental procedures
• keep work areas orderly.
