The Assistant Deli Person in Charge role is onsite in Wasilla, AK. Starting pay is $16 per hour. The assistant prepares and displays ready-to-eat products, supports customer service, and helps schedule and supervise deli team members. The role also assumes the Deli Person in Charge’s responsibilities when that person is absent.

What you'll do

• Prepare and display ready-to-eat products
• assess production needs and rotate products
• select products and order quantities
• monitor quality, markdowns, and shrink
• package, weigh, and label products
• prepare hot food and baked items
• maintain sanitation and food safety
• provide customer service
• project sales and schedule labor
• assist other store departments as needed.
