Sustaining Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage Sustaining Engineers
• provide technical direction for released products
• lead root cause analysis, failure investigations, corrective actions, and CAPA
• partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and improve yield and cost
• oversee engineering changes and technical documentation
• support customer escalations and field issues
• maintain compliance with applicable standards and certifications
• manage priorities, workload, resources, and assignments
• support transitions from New Product Development into sustaining engineering.
