What you'll do

• Review residents’ dietary requirements and preferences and discuss them with dieticians
• prepare individual dietary menus based on medical conditions, health, and preferences
• assist with meal preparation and serving
• inspect special-diet trays for compliance
• help check kitchen supplies and stock
• clean kitchen and dining areas.
