• Lead and develop engineers implementing custom control solutions and integrations

• align resources with project needs
• assess project risks with the PMO
• support client opportunities
• oversee projects from concept through commissioning
• ensure deliverables meet requirements, standards, and safety regulations
• maintain change management and documentation controls
• support estimates and proposals
• coordinate staffing
• research technology advancements.
