What you'll do

• Manage total installed cost
• establish cost baselines, budgets, and forecasts
• maintain cost-control systems and reporting
• lead weekly cost reporting and variance analysis
• implement earned value metrics
• track procurement commitments and subcontractor exposure
• maintain trend logs and cash-flow forecasts
• support change orders and claims
• present cost performance to clients
• integrate cost reporting with schedule progress.
