What you'll do

• Conduct 30- and 90-day quality monitoring visits for clients receiving medication services
• provide medication training and orientation to caregivers and clients as appropriate
• maintain medication administration records
• update care plans and visit documentation
• use Google Drive and electronic systems
• collaborate with the care team
• identify and communicate changes in client needs or medication concerns
• travel throughout Central Oregon.
