Studio Manager

The Studio Manager role is onsite in Brentwood, TN, with compensation of $24–$28 per hour, including commission and bonus opportunities. The role leads a Stretch Zone studio, whose assisted-stretching services aim to support clients’ mobility, flexibility, physical performance, and quality of life. The manager is responsible for the studio’s daily operations and performance, developing the team, delivering a strong client experience, and pursuing revenue and membership goals. The role supports the studio’s operational and financial health and requires completion of Stretch Zone’s paid training and certification program.

What you'll do

• Lead daily studio operations and financial performance
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and manage employees
• set performance expectations and support accountability
• drive membership growth, revenue, client retention, and profitability
• consult with prospective clients and recommend programs aligned with their goals
• monitor reports, sales activity, and key performance indicators
• maintain company policies and brand standards
• address client questions and concerns
• maintain a clean, welcoming studio
• communicate with regional and company leadership.
