The Operations Associate role is onsite in Eugene, OR; pay is $15.80 per hour. The associate supports Gopuff’s operations team in preparing and handing off customer orders. Gopuff delivers everyday essentials to customers. The role picks and packs orders, receives and organizes inventory, maintains the facility and kitchen, and prepares food and beverages according to recipes and safety standards. Associates also manage inventory discrepancies, waste, and customer substitutions while handling products and equipment safely.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders
• receive and unpack vendor pallets and reconcile inventory
• manage inventory and canceled orders
• clean and organize the facility
• follow FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage
• contact customers about substitutions or unavailable items
• scan and move products safely
• prepare, package, and stage orders
• prepare food and beverages to recipe and presentation standards
• maintain kitchen organization and sanitation.
