What you'll do

• Develop and execute people and organizational strategy
• advise the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board on talent, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and culture
• lead workforce planning and talent acquisition
• oversee recruiting, leadership development, performance management, and employee development
• strengthen engagement and employee communications
• lead compensation, equity, benefits, and recognition programs
• oversee employee relations, HR operations, compliance, systems, policies, and reporting
• support Board and Compensation Committee activities.
