What you'll do

• Oversee catering event setup, presentation, service, and breakdown
• review orders and banquet event details
• prepare and verify pull sheets, equipment, serviceware, beverages, and supplies
• coordinate food preparation and delivery with culinary staff
• lead, train, and support team members
• maintain catering storage and equipment
• resolve operational issues
• communicate updates and customer needs to the Director of Catering
• assist with inventory and product counts
• uphold food safety, sanitation, presentation, and service standards
• support special events and large functions.
