What you'll do

• Comply with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant requirements
• submit payroll and commission information
• complete recurring reports
• consult legal counsel and attend court hearings as needed
• advertise and promote the property
• provide tours
• manage the full lease process
• ensure renter’s insurance compliance
• and review rental rates and concessions with the Portfolio Manager.
