Second-Shift Supervisor — Account Compliance

The Second-Shift Supervisor (Account Compliance Manager) role is an onsite, field-based position in Cincinnati, OH, scheduled Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. Compensation is up to $44,000 per year, plus a $450 monthly vehicle allowance. The role supports City Wide Facility Solutions’ evening operations and client service quality. The supervisor serves as an after-hours field contact, coordinating with independent contractors and the Operations team to maintain service standards across client sites. The role helps address concerns, monitor account performance, and support new account starts and service escalations.

What you'll do

• Visit client sites during evening operations
• build relationships with independent contractors
• inspect work
• respond to customer requests and complaints
• coordinate new client start-ups
• monitor account performance and recommend adjustments
• communicate nightly activities and escalations to the Facility Solutions Manager
• and uphold company policies, client procedures, and safety standards.
