School Bus Driver — Livonia Public Schools

The School Bus Driver role is onsite in Livonia, MI, with pay of $22.75 per hour. BrightBee is partnering with Livonia Public Schools to help students arrive safely and on time, ready to learn. The driver follows assigned routes, maintains the bus, and communicates with dispatch and school transportation staff. The role supports student safety and reliable school transportation on a Monday–Friday split schedule of 6:00–9:15 AM and 1:30–5:15 PM, subject to assignment changes.

What you'll do

• Give students clear safety directions
• follow routes and report detours
• contact dispatch when backing up is needed
• complete daily pre-trip forms and submit them weekly
• report maintenance issues
• keep the bus clean and fueled as needed
• follow laws and district transportation policies
• interact appropriately with students and colleagues.
