Data Engineer

The Data Engineer role is onsite at one of NAC’s offices in Columbus, OH; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; or Spokane, WA. Compensation is $110,000–$135,000 per year. The role is part of NAC’s Information Technology department and delivery team. The engineer builds and optimizes cloud data solutions that support analytics, reporting, and digital transformation across the firm. By developing reliable pipelines, curated datasets, and governance practices, the role helps make business data usable, secure, and dependable.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain Azure data pipelines and integration workflows
• develop ETL/ELT processes
• implement Microsoft Fabric dataflows, lakehouses, warehouses, and analytics features
• develop curated datasets and semantic models for Power BI
• optimize data architectures and SQL/Python or PySpark transformations
• monitor and troubleshoot workflows
• implement data quality, security, access controls, and lineage
• support migrations and maintain technical documentation.
