What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter
• monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures
• respond to incidents and alarms according to established procedures
• document patrols, observations, incidents, and concerns and communicate relevant information.
