Studio Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop studio team members
• recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule staff
• oversee sales performance and daily operations
• drive membership growth, class utilization, and ancillary revenue
• generate leads through outreach and referrals
• monitor and report business metrics
• support sales goals and promotional campaigns
• address member concerns
• conduct studio audits
• maintain facility, equipment, inventory, and brand standards
• coordinate maintenance and vendor needs
• ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
