Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Spokane, WA. Compensation is $17.50–$18.50 per hour. The role helps Wingstop deliver its food and guest experience by leading restaurant teams during assigned shifts. The shift leader keeps service and restaurant operations on track by coaching crew members, managing shift priorities, maintaining food quality and safety, and supporting opening or closing procedures. The position also helps with inventory, product rotation, and guest concerns.
