What you'll do

• Execute project phases from programming and planning through design and construction administration
• prepare code analyses, life-safety plans, drawings, schedules, and specifications
• research and apply building codes
• coordinate with engineering and construction personnel
• participate in reviews and quality checks
• support project resource planning, budgets, scope, and schedules
• mentor architectural staff
• act as Architect of Record when assigned.
