What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation and meal portioning
• take the lead on preparation and portioning if required
• help account for and document food inventory
• coordinate daily work with the Food Service Administrator
• clean and care for kitchen areas and equipment
• help enforce camp policies and safety and sanitation standards
• coordinate daily program components
• lead staff devotionals and encourage teammates.
