What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists
• support full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions
• partner with hiring managers and HR leaders on recruiting strategies and workforce planning
• prioritize requisition support and allocate resources
• monitor KPIs and hiring goals
• use recruiting data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• resolve escalations
• oversee consistent processes, documentation, and compliance
• lead or participate in recruiting projects and system implementations.
