What you'll do

• Lead operational integration of newly acquired or affiliated clinics
• develop integration plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• coordinate cross-department execution and report progress to executive leadership
• standardize clinical operations, registration, scheduling, billing, records, purchasing, facilities, provider onboarding, quality, and patient safety processes
• coordinate HR, IT, revenue cycle, finance, compliance, and change-management activities
• serve as liaison between clinics and organizational leadership.
