What you'll do

• Lead monthly resident meetings

• partner with the Activities Director on the community calendar
• support the Rental Home Manager with seasonal bookings
• work with the Revenue Manager on rates
• manage budgets, staffing, and daily operations
• lead summer projects and planning
• and remain visible across the property. The posting requires 10+ years managing an RV resort, campground, golf community, HOA, or similar hospitality operation and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak-season events.
