What you'll do

• Track the RFQ-to-award lifecycle
• collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain opportunity and proposal data
• develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports
• analyze RFQ volumes, turnaround times, award rates, win/loss performance, and revenue opportunities
• monitor KPIs
• support forecasting
• collaborate with program management, estimating, sales, engineering, and business development
• standardize reporting and automate analytics.
