What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• answer calls and emails
• schedule repair appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and deliveries
• provide repair-status updates
• coordinate rental vehicles and transportation when needed
• collaborate with estimators, technicians, insurers, and dealership partners
• review repair orders
• process payments and delivery paperwork
• maintain customer files in CCC ONE
• assist with office and reception-area upkeep.
