What you'll do

• Support computer and server hardware and software
• lead system security, operation, and maintenance
• track technology inventory and research or order equipment
• monitor the technology budget with regional IT staff
• administer system access and passwords
• maintain reports using Crystal Reports
• support system training
• maintain and restore LAN backups
• track software licensing
• generate technical reports
• travel to other facilities
• use general knowledge of telephone systems.
