Production Assistant, Artisan Chocolate

The Production Assistant role is onsite at The Chocolat Bar’s factory in Boise, ID. Pay is $13–$17 per hour. The position supports the chocolatier team in making artisan chocolate and related products. The assistant helps produce and package chocolate while maintaining quality, presentation, cleanliness, and process documentation. The work contributes to production goals and consistent food-safety practices; chocolate-making experience is not required.

• Assist chocolatiers with chocolate production and related products
• package chocolate bars and products with attention to quality and presentation
• maintain clean and organized production areas
• document processes
• collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
