• Assist customers at the parts counter and by telephone

• use manuals and electronic data to identify parts and provide diagnostic assistance
• contact vendors to order parts
• verify received parts against requisitions and invoices
• store and issue parts
• maintain receipt and distribution records
• periodically inventory warehouse parts.
