Account Executive, Buy-Side

It advances platform adoption, renewals, and customer value by partnering with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.

What you'll do

• Retain and grow assigned clients
• meet new-business and account quotas
• prospect for new business
• drive customer engagement and platform adoption
• identify expansion opportunities and churn risks
• meet clients quarterly
• record interactions in the CRM
• forecast renewals and growth
• collaborate with Customer Success
• provide product feedback and industry trends
• partner with Marketing on growth and adoption materials.
