Collections Customer Service Representative

The Collections Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Miami Lakes, FL, paying $20 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Hayt, Hayt & Landau seeks to help consumers resolve past-due accounts through clear communication and respectful problem-solving. The representative handles inbound and outbound calls, explains payment options, and works with customers on appropriate payment arrangements. Accurate account updates and supportive customer interactions help resolve accounts and meet collections goals.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve accounts
• explain payment options and negotiate arrangements in accordance with company policies
• update account information and document activity accurately
• work toward performance and collections goals
• communicate by phone, handle high call volumes, and maintain a professional, empathetic approach
• use MS Office and CRM applications.
