• Coordinate Claims Product Family delivery teams
• provide technical recommendations and triage issues
• lead and coordinate agile team delivery
• mentor technical leads and support KPI reporting
• provide staff management, coaching, prioritization, capacity planning, and development support
• resolve cross-team escalations
• manage stakeholder expectations
• contribute to roadmaps and continuous improvement
• support Program Increment commitments.
