What you'll do

• Lead departmental capital projects and engineering support
• manage equipment, facility, utility, and cleaning validation
• maintain the Validation Master Plan and change-control records
• prepare, review, execute, and approve validation documentation
• implement process improvements
• collaborate across Operations, Quality, and Engineering
• resolve equipment, facility, and utility issues
• support audits
• manage SOP change requests
• supervise engineering technicians and coordinate contract validation resources
• and ensure packaging equipment meets functional, reliability, and performance requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline and at least five years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
