What you'll do

• Manage staffing through recruitment, selection, and performance management
• supervise nursing personnel
• support and triage patient care visits and clinical questions
• lead quality assurance and OASIS guidance
• coordinate clinical record reviews
• assist with utilization reviews and individualized care plans
• monitor clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance
• respond to patient and family calls
• provide on-call services as assigned.
