The CNA provides supportive services as assigned by clinical leadership, assists residents with activities of daily living and patient-care tasks, helps coordinate dining and meal documentation, reports changes in residents’ conditions, and protects confidential health information.

What you'll do

• Provide supportive services as assigned by clinical leadership
• assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans
• assist with patient-care tasks and dining services, including meal-tray delivery, feeding assistance, and meal-intake documentation
• report changes in residents’ conditions to the nurse supervisor
• maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
