What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and operations roles
• partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies
• coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and pre-employment steps
• support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and corrective action
• respond to employee questions
• coordinate onboarding
• maintain employee records
• support compliance, leave administration, accommodations, and unemployment claims.
