Job overview

The Construction Crew Member role is onsite in the Odessa, Marshall, and Hamilton, MO areas. Pay is $20–$28 per hour. Wick Buildings is seeking crew members for construction work across these Missouri areas. Crew members perform site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and structural assembly, installation, and repair. Following safety procedures and coordinating with supervisors and teammates supports safe, efficient completion of building projects.

What you'll do

• Perform manual labor including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
• assist with assembly, installation, and repair of structural components according to project plans
• follow safety guidelines
• coordinate daily tasks with supervisors and crew members
• maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
