Facilities and Maintenance Associate

The Facilities and Maintenance Associate works onsite in Mohegan Lake, NY, for $22–$23 per hour. This role helps keep campus buildings, grounds, and assigned areas safe, clean, functional, and ready for daily school and residential operations. The associate performs inspections, preventive upkeep, repairs, and operational support in coordination with staff, vendors, security, and administration.

What you'll do

• Inspect facilities and perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• handle basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring work
• maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and grounds
• set up furniture and equipment
• receive and organize deliveries
• report and follow up on vendor performance and maintenance needs
• operate tools safely
• collaborate with staff, security, and administration.
