The Automotive Parts Team Lead Supervisor role is onsite in Hoffman Estates, IL. Compensation is listed at $22.00–$29.00 per hour. The role supports Carvana’s vehicle reconditioning process, where vehicles are inspected and prepared before being listed for customers. This frontline supervisor manages and develops hourly associates, coordinating automotive parts flow and daily work so the Inspection Center can meet production and quality goals. The role also coaches the team, monitors procedures, and reviews identified defects in incoming inventory.

What you'll do

• Manage the purchase and movement of automotive parts into and out of the Inspection Center
• oversee assigned associates and coach their development
• work toward production service, quality, and performance goals
• communicate expectations and resolve team conflicts
• monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and standards
• review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• promote safe work practices.
