The Generalist Paralegal role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. Annual compensation is $60,000–$80,000. The paralegal supports attorneys across practice areas through legal research, document preparation, case coordination, and administrative work. Organized case files, deadline management, and client communication help attorneys prepare matters and serve clients across the firm’s legal practices.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and organize pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery requests, and correspondence
• conduct legal research and draft summaries
• assist with case management, deadlines, and court filings
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
• coordinate intake, document collection, case updates, and scheduling
• organize case files, exhibits, discovery materials, and reference databases
• assist with trial preparation, mediation, and transactional closings as needed
• maintain calendars
• manage billing entries, time tracking, docketing, and task lists
• provide general administrative support.
